For Sellers with Little or No EquityYou can still get the financial ease you need because Kardia Real Estate takes care of all the costs and fees associated with selling your home. That means you don’t have to pay a single cent out-of-pocket. With this option, we agree to purchase your property for the existing amount on the mortgage and then we pay the mortgage down over the next 3 to 5 years. During the term, we assume all responsibility for the associated cost of your home, and we’ll place a rent to own buyer in the house. It’s a win/win for everyone involved.
For Sellers Needing Renovations & UpgradesKardia Real Estate is the perfect resource for homeowners who need to do renovations to improve the market value of their home. We’ll partner with you and split the profits from the sale. Or if you prefer, we can agree to acquire the home at an equitable price, instead. This way, you don’t have to worry about the holding costs, completing the renovations or selling the home. Once it’s sold, the remaining balances of the equity is paid in full, as outlined in the terms originally set in the agreement with you.
